1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by cv994

cv994 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder; or a reasonable belief that continued account access poses a risk to the player or to the integrity of the Platform.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your cv994 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv994 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or data loss. This exclusion applies regardless of whether cv994 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability

cv994's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cv994 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Content
